Our Upholstery comes with a three year warranty of normal use. It does not cover punctures or rips made by sharps objects or by things bumping or rubbing into the upholstery. After installation of upholstery components' our tech and customer together need to check that everything is working as it did before disassembly of equipment.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our priority as a company is to provide every customer, big or small, with superior service and craftsmanship. We rigorously test all our products prior to you receiving them. In the unlikely event that our product does not meet your standards or fails while still covered by our warranty, please read the following information:

Equipment sold by Quality Dental Upholstery & Services comes with a three months warranty under normal use.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

                 The warranty claim will be carefully evaluated.  If the failure of the product was not due to any of the reasons above, it is our responsibility to correct the problem free of charge to our customer. If mail is needed for the delivery, the customer is not responsible for shipping fees.

A copy of the original receipt is required for all warranty claims, along with a description as to how the product failed.

 

Equipment under a warranty claim must have not been serviced by any other company, or  person, since the warranty took effect.

 

We cannot inspect any warranty claim if there are signs of abuse.

Other products & Services

 

Labor on service calls can only be warranted on the item being serviced, we can’t be responsible for any malfunction or failure of equipment that was not serviced after the tech leaves the building.

 

Parts installed will be warranted under original manufactures warranty.
