PROS

· luxurious simulated leather vinyl that is exceptionally durable.

· It is environmentally friendly, the backing is made of biodegradable rayon composed of wood bi-product.

· Ultraleather and memory foam combined are the closest thing to seating on a cloud, perfect for long procedure upholstery.

CONS

· Grain is deep which looks very nice almost like leather, but it is difficult to clean. In order to get all the scum out of the deep texture one needs a brush with semi soft bristles and some cleaning agent like 409 or diluted bleach 1:10..

· Does not hold up well in the Dental environment. The edges on the front of the arm rest where the patients rub when getting in and out of the chairs start to pill with in a couple of years of heavy traffic.
