When we refurbish equipment, we put it through rigorous test cycles to insure that it has returned to its original performance levels. While undergoing the testing process we carefully note on any loose joints, screws, wire connectors or crackling coating on the wires. Once every bolt, joint, and wire has been tightened or replaced to factory specifications and every moving part has been cleaned and lubed, we proceed to change the hydraulic oil. A final round of testing will insure it is going out to the field in great working conditions and its going to last.
Once the equipment is out of the tech department it is ready for a fresh coat of paint and new upholstery to match the customer’s color preferences. |

To end up with a high quality chair at the end of the re-furbishing process one must start with a high quality chair. A careful inspection before work begins will determine whether the chair has been abused in its lifetime. After passing that stage, we check for any loose joint bolts or connections. Then we replace any parts not up to standards, paint, then upholster the chair to customers color scheme. |
We make sure all the casters work and roll properly; we check that the piston is in excellent condition. If there is anything that does not meet standards then it is replaced. We finish this process up with a major detail before upholstering it to our customer’s preferences. |

We start off by replacing all the water lines and water components to insure the unit is free of microbes. Next, we change the handpiece block, pilot and regulators, the 3– way syringe and block, handpiece and syringe tubing. Finally, we conduct several rounds of testing, to insure all diaphragms, lines, and signals are working properly. |
We test all components from the head to the control box and check all wiring for cracking insulation and make sure all joints are in great condition. Once it is established that everything is satisfactory and up to standards we paint the unit. After we install it on site we calibrate and make sure it measures up to our customer’s standards. |

First we make sure the light is in good working condition and the joint don’t have any wear. Then we check all wires for cracking insulation and connections to make sure they are tight. If there is a need for repairs or replacement parts we perform them. After completion of inspection and repairs the light is tested in all the settings for several hours to insure it is working great. Once the lights performance is up to standards it will then receive a fresh coat of paint, a new bulb, and a shield . |
We put all air compressors through many cycles to make sure all the components work properly. If they do not, we replace whatever is not up to standards. Once they are running like a clock we change the filters and desiccant to insure the unit will work great and last in the field. |
First we completely disassemble the vacuum pump to insure that the wall thickness of the pump is sufficient and that it will last many years to come. If it is substandard, it will be transported to the recycling center. If it is good than it will be reassembled with new bearings, a new vacuum breaker, and a new coil to insure several years of reliable use. Finally, we replace all the filters and run it for a minimum of eight hours. |
Sterilizers and small equipment get checked and are put through many performance testing cycles. If any adjustments need to be made they are made, and tested again. If any parts need to be replaced they are replaced and put through more cycles. Once we are sure the item is going to work at its best it is ready to be sold and used out in the field. |
